Frequently Asked Questions

A home watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. A home watch service is less expensive than a house sitter and won’t potentially damage your home.

Our professional Home Watch team will use a checklist tailored to your home to provide an unbiased, accurate and timely inspection every visit. As your personal caretaker, we can discover problems when they are small before they get too big. Neighbors tend to be intermittent and many times are gone themselves. If immediate repairs are required, we offer a contractor line of communication to insure the repairs are done right and at a fair price.

We cover the greater Genesee County, Michigan area including Atlas, Argentine, Burton, Clio, Davison, Fenton, Flint, Flint Twp., Flushing, Grand Blanc, Gaines, Goodrich, Holly, Lennon, Linden, Lake Fenton, Montrose, Mt. Morris Otisville, and Swartz Creek.

Our house checking services are better than a house sitter or a neighbor. We offer various packages and customized solutions to fit your needs and budget. For example, here’s a checklist for our Gold weekly service. In addition we can work as your contractor line of communication if repairs are needed, or even provide full estate management services for non-owner occupied properties.

However you want! Normally, reports are sent via email. Other forms of communication available are phone call, text or video call.
